40 delegates joined a free event as part of the Education Exchange West Midlands. Held across 6 academies, they spoke with colleagues and students, visiting lessons and reflecting on the strategic development of oracy.
Really strong feedback commented on how good it was to ‘see a range of oracy strategies that have been embedded into teaching and learning’; how the ‘student leaders were inspiring’ and that ‘It was fantastic to see the teachers and children in class and see high quality oracy in action’. Delegates also commented on how ‘the school’s oracy plan was really useful to see’.
